New Website Launch
Finally, I can say that my new website has been launched. After months of recreating my content, photographs, layout and design, I called technical support in India and she walked me through and did the finishing touches for re-directing my website.
Now, you can click and purchase on any item. You can see my new show schedule, which includes all of my out-of-town shows, including Sedona, Arizona and Austin, Texas in October 2015!
I am so happy and excited to launch not only my new website but my new look and attitude falling into a beautiful new season: Autumn.

I've been back home for three weeks now. With over 20 special orders completed and mailed out to my customers, I am concentrating on a box of new jewelry to be mailed out to Cello Gallery in Bozeman, Montana.
After spending an entire month in the state of Arizona, where blue skies and warm sunny days are the norm, I came home to the cold, wet, rainy, gray winter/spring weather of my home.
It's interesting how the weather can be of so much worth. Too cold to go outside. Too wet and rainy to go outside. Maybe this is a great thing for me to live in the Pacific Northwest, where I can stay indoors and make jewelry all day instead of playing outside!
Last week was my birthday week! Since 2011, my Dad and I have been driving up to Mount Vernon, Washington where the famous tulip fields are just a 1-hour drive north. We decided to go up on Friday (even though Thursday was my birthday) because I wanted to have sunny skies to see the tulips. We loaded up our bicycles and drove up. We first stopped for our annual salmon dinner made by the volunteers from Kiwanis and then headed into some heavy traffic to crawl out to the tulip fields.
The rains have been relentless for months and when the rains finally lift, people come out in droves, even if it is a workday! We found a parking area and decided to just ride our 2-wheeled bikes to get closer to the tulip fields. We were not disappointed. We are so lucky to live so close to the most beautiful tulip fields in the world.
Still preparing for my May shows. This year, I decided to back out of the KAST, Kirkland Artist Studio Tour, to give myself a break and the people who come out to see us. I will do my other two annual shows, starting with the U-District Street Fair the third weekend in May and the following weekend, I will sell my jewelry at the annual Folklife Festival at the Seattle Center.
